Job summary

The National Partnership for Women & Families is seeking a Development Associate to support day-to-day operations of the Development team, focusing on gift processing, data integrity, and donor communications. You will collaborate with Finance, Data Strategy, Communications, and other teams to ensure accurate information and timely completion of activities.

The role also supports grants management, event logistics, and system maintenance (Salesforce, Asana, and shared drives).

Qualifications

• Two to four years of nonprofit development operations experience.
• Experience entering and processing charitable gifts in a fundraising CRM.
• Experience with gift acknowledgments and donor records.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another fundraising CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter gifts, pledges, and donor information in Salesforce accurately.
• Prepare gift acknowledgments and donor correspondence.
• Maintain donor, gift, and campaign records and support gift reconciliation.
• Assist with grant administration, data management, and reporting.
