Job summary

National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum (NAPAWF) is seeking a Senior Manager, Development Operations to lead systems, data, and processes supporting fundraising. You will ensure reliable development information, efficient workflows, and meaningful reporting while coordinating with Finance and other departments.

Key responsibilities include leading process improvements, owning EveryAction configurations, and establishing data governance practices.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in nonprofit development operations and fundraising systems.
• Demonstrated experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, workflow design, documentation, and staff training.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate technical matters to nontechnical colleagues.
• Experience with EveryAction or comparable fundraising CRM systems; strong understanding of fundraising data and financial coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead development operations, processes, and controls to support fundraising activities.
• Serve as primary owner of EveryAction and related fundraising systems; manage configuration, access, and integrations.
• Develop reliable fundraising reports and dashboards for planning, forecasting, and stewardship.
• Coach and train staff, and coordinate with Finance and other departments on reconciliations and data quality.
• Establish data governance practices covering definitions, ownership, access, and confidentiality.
