Job summary

The Opportunity Network in New York, NY is seeking a Development Operations and Donor Engagement Manager to strengthen fundraising and donor engagement across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Development Operations and Donor Engagement, you will lead revenue administration, pledge tracking, donor acknowledgments, and development operations documentation while collaborating with Programs, Communications, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years nonprofit fundraising/Development experience
• Experience engaging and stewarding donors across the donor lifecycle
• Experience using a CRM to manage donor information and support fundraising operations (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day revenue administration across fundraising streams.
• Own pledge administration and follow-up with donors.
• Own donor acknowledgment process and related communications.
• Develop Development Operations documentation and standard processes.
• Drive fundraising analytics and reporting using Salesforce and other data sources.
• Support pipeline and moves management for leadership and executives.
• Grow and strengthen OppNet’s individual donor base and donor communications calendar.
• Lead day-to-day management of OppNet’s volunteer engagement program.
• Manage volunteer data in Salesforce and identify engagement opportunities.
