Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in development operations, fundraising systems, or nonprofit data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge database view and NXT required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising analytics and Power BI reporting.
• Oversee gift processing, donor acknowledgements, and financial reconciliation.
• Drive operational excellence across the development function.
