Flatiron Energy is a fast-growing energy storage company focused on grid-scale projects in New York City. The Development Operations Coordinator will support the Development team with calendar management, document handling, vendor coordination, and ad hoc process improvement tasks.

This role offers a clear path to growth into a Development Associate as skills expand. You will work closely with the Development team to ensure accurate data, streamlined trackers, and timely reporting using Excel,

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience or equivalent internship/leadership roles.
• Interest in energy and development operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Development team.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics.
• Support real estate and project administration activities and approvals.
• Maintain organized project files and version control.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and dashboards.
