Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience focused on renewable energy, energy storage, or power generation.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• In-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of discrete transactions and project workstreams.
• Provide legal support for project financings and investment transactions.
• Support the development and negotiation of key project agreements.
• Work closely with various teams to identify risks and develop solutions.
• Contribute to the management of the company’s contracted portfolio.
• Coordinate with external counsel and advisors for transactions.
