Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of practical related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong administrative support and highly organized.
• Accurate data entry skills; experience with Altru or a similar database preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical, production, and support for Council events and benefits fulfillment.
• Assist with gift tracking and renewal calendars for upper level donor groups.
• Support production and logistics for Council events and programming.
• Help manage Council ephemera, invitations, calendars, and membership cards.
• Assist with VIP reservations and donor events coordination.
• Track Council prospects and produce research as needed.
• Support other development events including off-site activities.
