Job summary

Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center is seeking a Membership and Development Coordinator to manage the annual membership program and support the Development Department’s fundraising efforts on-site in Oklahoma City. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in nonprofit development, membership, donor relations, administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the annual membership program, including renewals, communications, and benefit fulfillment.
• Maintain donor/member records in the donor database and process gifts and pledges.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments, tax documentation, and related correspondence.
• Support Development operations, meetings, events, and special projects.
