Job summary

Dia Art Foundation is seeking a Development Associate to support the Council program’s renewal process, events, and beneficiary fulfillment. The role includes assisting with membership activities and coordinating communications across departments.

This full-time, hybrid position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, with travel to Dia sites as needed. You will work closely with senior staff to advance donor relations and program outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of practical related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical, production, and other support for Council program events, trips, and benefits.
• Assist with gift tracking and maintaining renewal and solicitation calendars for upper level giving groups.
• Collaborate on ephemera management for Council programs (brochures, calendars, invitations, membership cards).
• Assist with VIP reservations at events and donor activities.
• Support tracking of Council prospects and produce research as needed.
