Job summary

The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks a Development Associate, Annual Programs to lead Museum Council membership and support donor services. You will coordinate renewals, communications, events, and data management in Tessitura, helping to grow engagement among young professionals.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Annual Programs, you will manage administrative operations, support calendar planning, and collaborate with curators, volunteers, and staff to deliver exceptional museum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience in customer service, event coordination, nonprofit administration, or related fields preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff for Museum Council membership, events, and communications.
• Manage renewals, inquiries, acknowledgments, and donor records.
• Support event planning, invitations, RSVPs, and collaboration with staff and volunteers.
• Maintain Tessitura donor data and calendar coordination.
