Job summary

The Museum of Fine Arts invites applications for a Development Officer, Curators Circles to drive the growth and management of its curatorial affinity group. You will oversee membership, renewals, travel programming, and communications in partnership with Development and Curatorial staff.

Reporting to the Director of Annual Programs and Philanthropy Insights, you will coordinate events, manage CRM contacts, and develop outreach to convert prospects into active members while upholding MFA's

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in development, program management, and/or related field.
  • Experience in a complex arts organization/museum or similar setting.
  • Experience in event planning, group travel, and/or fundraising.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for external inquiries about Curators Circles.
  • Field inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain CRM contacts and notes; support renewals and outreach.
  • Collaborate with Annual Programs to integrate solicitations into renewals and re-join strategies.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate Curators Circles events and travel programming.
  • Support administrative coordination for the Curators Circles program and related committees.
