Gutterglove is seeking a Market Development Manager for the Great Lakes region, focusing on expanding wholesale distribution and contractor relationships. This role requires travel within MI, OH, IN, and WV, with a company vehicle provided.

You will report to the Director of Sales and drive strategic market growth while maintaining high ethical standards. The position offers a base salary of $80k–$85k with uncapped monthly commission.

Competenze

• 5+ years of outside sales or large accounts experience.
• Experience with building products or manufacturers’ reps is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and Power BI.

• Develop and execute the market development strategy within the Great Lakes region.
