Job summary

Leaf Home is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our successful sales force in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Design Consultant, you will travel to pre-scheduled homeowner appointments to conduct product demonstrations and provide necessary information for same-day decisions on gutter protection.

This role offers an uncapped commission structure with earnings potential between $80,000 and $220,000. The ideal candidate should be flexible with scheduling and have the ability to close sales effectively.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners.
• Perform product demonstrations during in-home consultations.
