Job summary

The National Kidney Foundation is seeking a Development Manager to lead fundraising growth across CA, NV, OR, and WA with a primary focus on Southern California and the Kidney Walk program.

You will develop and steward corporate and community partnerships, engage volunteers, and drive revenue through events, sponsorships, and donor engagement while aligning strategy with team goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Proven success in fundraising, non-profit leadership, and event management.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward sponsors, community partners, event teams, volunteer leaders, and supporters.
• Drive growth of the regional Kidney Walk program through recruitment, coaching, engagement, and team development.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and reporting for fundraising events and initiatives.
