Job summary

National Kidney Foundation in Tennessee seeks an Executive Director to lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy transforming passion into action and turning relationships into resources.

You will build donor portfolios across corporate partnerships, individual giving, foundations, and events while guiding a team and collaborating with volunteers and a leadership board to drive measurable impact on kidney health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and with 8+ years of progressive fundraising success in the nonprofit sector.
• Proven track record securing major gifts and grants.
• Demonstrated leadership in volunteer engagement and board relations.
• Corporate partnership development and stewardship experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Build and execute fundraising strategies across corporate partnerships, individual giving, foundations, and events.
• Inspire Community Impact: Cultivate relationships with healthcare systems, medical professionals, and community leaders to expand reach.
• Lead with Purpose: Guide a team while partnering with volunteers and board members who share commitment to excellence.
• Shape the Future: Develop market strategies positioning NKF as leading kidney health voice in Tennessee.
