Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–4 years in fundraising, non-profit leadership, or sales preferred.
• Proven success in account management and developing partnerships that exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planning, budgeting, and evaluation of events like Pittsburgh Kidney Walk and NKF Golf Classic.
• Manage a fundraising portfolio for the Kidney Walk and other programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and donor partnerships across channels.
• Provide financial analysis and revenue projections to support the mission and goals.
• Oversee donor stewardship and coordinate with volunteers for local events.
