Job summary

Food Bank of the Rockies seeks a Development Manager to support the Director of Development and Community Relations, managing donor gifts, reports, and stewardship across the Western Slope Distribution Center and 13 counties. You’ll identify opportunities, engage foundations, individuals, and corporate donors, and assist with grant processes.

Qualifications

• Three years or more fundraising experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud TeamRaiser is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of donor gifts and delegation of stewardship.
• Review revenue and donation reports with the team to maintain clean donor records.
• Lead implementation of development strategies across the Western Slope.
• Represent the organization at community presentations and events.
• Conduct donor prospect research to identify new giving opportunities.
• Drive sponsorship and recognition strategies for donors and corporate partners.
