Job summary

The Colorado Mountain College Foundation seeks a Regional Development Officer to lead fundraising in the assigned region, building and managing a portfolio of 50-70 prospects to solicit 4-6 figure gifts. You will work closely with Campus Presidents, the Foundation CEO, and the Director of Development to identify donors and coordinate campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years related fundraising experience.
• Proven donor acquisition and events experience.
• Experience with major gift campaigns is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and meet with individuals, businesses and organizations to secure donations.
• Coordinate and manage donor events designed to cultivate, solicit and steward gifts.
• Represent the College and Foundation at events to raise the organization’s profile.
• Manage a personal portfolio of 50-70 active prospects/donors and track progress.
