Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Development Manager to lead ground-up and value-add industrial projects from site acquisition through stabilization. This high-visibility role demands managing complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include overseeing entitlements, coordinating with GC/architect/engineers, underwriting opportunities, and tracking pro formas. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial real estate development, construction management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of entitlement processes, construction contracts, and development pro formas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial development projects from due diligence through construction completion.
• Oversee entitlement, permitting, and zoning with local jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain schedule and budget.
• Underwrite new development opportunities and support site selection analysis.
• Track budgets, draws, and pro formas; report to leadership and investors.
• Coordinate with leasing and asset management to align delivery with tenant needs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve on-site issues and negotiations.
