Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional fundraising experience, including 1–2 years in grant writing.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across distributed teams.
• Proven track record partnering with executives on high-stakes funding.
• Experience delivering presentations to program officers and donors.
• Mentorship and peer coaching skills across teams.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling to articulate workforce development data.
• Ability to manage multiple grant deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Rigorous attention to grant guidelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM/donor management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, assembles, and submits foundation, corporate, and government grant proposals.
• Coordinates grant reports for institutional funders and donors.
• Researches prospective funders and develops strategy memos.
• Coordinates site visits with funders; drafts briefing memos and follow-ups.
• Partners with Program, Investment, Finance, and Grants teams to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Tracks cultivation, solicitations, and milestones in Salesforce.
• Regional and national fundraising strategy collaboration with leadership.
• Lead on high-stakes, multi-stakeholder revenue opportunities.
• Provides guidance and onboarding support to Development Associates.
• Leads portfolio reviews and revenue pipeline calls; ensures data integrity in Salesforce.
• Other related duties as assigned.
