National Center for Families Learning (NCFL) in Louisville, KY seeks a Senior Director of Development to lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy and expand national impact. You will oversee individual giving, corporate partnerships, foundations, and public sector funding while partnering with the President & CEO and senior leadership.

You will drive donor engagement, secure multi-year gifts, and guide a data-driven development program with Salesforce proficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive fundraising experience with $1,000,000+ gifts.
• Ability to lead a high-performing development team with excellence and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage donors, foundations and corporate partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven fundraising strategies.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable fundraising software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual revenue goals and long-term sustainability.
• Identify new opportunities for revenue growth across individual giving, major gifts, and competitive funding sources.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Oversee donor stewardship through communications and impact reporting.
• Develop compelling proposals for multi-year and transformational gifts from institutional funders.
• Collaborate with NCFL vertical teams to align funder engagement with initiatives.
• Participate in senior leadership planning and oversee development budgeting.
