Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional fundraising experience with grant writing.
• Proven track record securing foundation, corporate, government or individual gifts.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects across dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and senior staff on funding opportunities.
• Strong storytelling, presentations, and strategic briefing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong grant compliance focus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Draft, assemble, and submit competitive RFPs, LOIs, and concept papers.
• Coordinate data‑driven grant reports for designated funders and donors.
• Research prospective funders and develop strategy memos and funding priorities.
• Coordinate site visits and prepare briefing memos and outreach follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with Program, Investment, Finance, and Grants teams to meet deadlines.
• Track cultivation, solicitations, and milestones in Salesforce.
• Lead regional or national fundraising strategies and coordinate executive engagement.
• Prepare strategy memos, decks, and presentations for funders and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and onboarding support to Development Associates.
• Lead portfolio review meetings and ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
• Other related duties as assigned.
