Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the grants calendar with deadlines and actions.
• Serve as project manager for each proposal and report, coordinating with team members.
• Craft grant proposals, letters of intent, and donor reports.
• Prepare customized written correspondence for prospects and funders.
• Create funder presentations and templates to showcase impact.
• Manage fundraising process and tracking of prospects in Salesforce.
• Conduct prospect research, prep for visits, and ensure timely visit follow-up.
• Support events and stewardship activities as needed.
