Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in nonprofit development, institutional giving, or related field.
• Proven success securing grants from foundations, corporations, or government agencies.
• Excellent grant writing, editing, and research skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead grant strategy and proposal development from identification to renewal.
• Research, identify, and cultivate prospective funders aligned with youth and justice priorities.
• Maintain grants calendar, produce funder materials, and coordinate internal teams for timely submissions.
• Support annual and long-term fundraising planning and pipeline management.
