Job summary

The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is seeking a self-motivated Development Manager to support private and public fundraising efforts. You will oversee grant management, reports, and event logistics, and manage incoming gifts.

This role reports to the Vice President of Development and works cross-functionally with Development, Finance, and Program Teams. Responsibilities also include donor research, briefing preparation for meetings, and comprehensive communications and event support to

Qualifications

• Experience in grant management and fundraising preferred.
• Ability to research and cultivate donor relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant management, facilitation of grantmaking and reports.
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and meetings.
• Manage administration of incoming gifts and acknowledgments.
• Serve as a liaison between Development, Finance, and Program Teams to ensure alignment with grant goals.
• Assist with donor briefs, communications, and event support.
