Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or 2–5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Raiser's Edge and Google Drive preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must pass background check upon hire.
• Valid CA driver’s license with satisfactory record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality data in the donor database with confidentiality and integrity.
• Coordinate donor communications via calls, texts, and email.
• Support mail campaigns by exporting data, editing copy, and scheduling with contractors.
• Update development webpages with Communications Manager and contractors.
• Cultivate positive donor relationships and manage the in-kind donation program.
• Assist with grant research, applications, and stewardship.
• Assist with texting program and gift batch entry backups.
• Maintain PHS wish list and donor acknowledgments.
