Job summary

Qualifications

• Background check required at hire.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Raiser's Edge and Google Drive preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present reports clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality data within the database and maintain data integrity.
• Answer community and donor inquiries via calls, texts, and email.
• Coordinate mail campaigns, export data files, review copy, and work with contractors.
• Support grant cycles: research, cultivation, applications, and stewardship.
