Job summary

Animal Humane Society is seeking an Advancement Development Associate to support fundraising operations by maintaining donor information, conducting prospect research, and assisting with gift entry. You will help improve database reporting and ensure accuracy in records.

Qualifications

1+ years of clerical or data entry experience required.
Experience with donor databases is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

Assist with donation data entry while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Follow procedure regarding handling, depositing, and recording gifts and donor information.
Provide backup to Advancement Services team at special events as assigned.
Support research on prospective donors and update donor records.
Maintain reports and dashboards in the database to aid data requests.
