Job summary

Community Memorial Health System is seeking a Development Database Administrator to manage the Foundation donor database (Raiser's Edge) and support donor reporting, gift processing, and data analytics from the Ventura area. The role requires collaboration with Development, Marketing, and Accounting to produce reports, maintain data accuracy, and support fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience working with database applications.
• Three (3) years of experience overseeing production of donor communications, including outside vendor management, personalization of donor communications, and production of communication assets on time and on budget.
• Current Driving License and insurability under CMH insurance coverage.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Foundation donor database (Raiser's Edge) for Foundation and Hospital Foundations.
• Produce donor reports, analytics, and gift processing to support fundraising goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate donor research, segmentation, mailing lists, and stewardship activities.
• Train Development staff on Raiser's Edge usage and maintain user documentation.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Accounting to support fundraising operations and data accuracy.
• Generate monthly, annual, and ad hoc fundraising reports and ensure data quality.
