• Campaign Management & Execution - Execute statewide fundraising and donor engagement initiatives.
• Stewardship & Donor Experience - Develop donor stewardship strategies to strengthen retention.
• Portfolio & Pipeline Management - Manage a donor portfolio across North Carolina and grow giving levels.
• Development Operations & CRM Management - Maintain donor and fundraising activity in CRM and track progress.
• Support alumni fundraising and other statewide development initiatives.
• Steward team and organizational initiatives such as selection.
