Job summary

Veggies to Table in Newcastle, Maine, seeks a Development Coordinator who loves data and people and enjoys making fundraising systems work smarter. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Development & Communications Manager to strengthen donor relations and mobilize resources for our mission.

You’ll manage Bloomerang, track grants and town funding, support donor stewardship and events, and explore AI and automation to improve workflows while keeping the human connection with donors.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or development.
• Highly organized with strong data, spreadsheet, and systems skills.
• Experience with a donor CRM; Bloomerang experience is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new technology, automation and AI thoughtfully to improve how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor CRM (Bloomerang) day-to-day, maintaining accurate donor and prospect records, relationships, preferences, and engagement history.
• Enter and process gifts, pledges, sponsorships, and notes.
• Create useful donor segments, reports, and lists.
• Help develop and maintain donor journeys, workflows, and automated communications for welcoming, stewardship, re-engagement, event follow-up, and other communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve how we use our CRM and donor data to strengthen relationships and fundraising.
• Learn and use the CRM's integrated AI tools to save time for the work we do best in person with our donors.
