Job summary

The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health seeks a Development Operations Coordinator to bolster fundraising operations, donor engagement, and data-driven decision making. You’ll partner with the Development team to maintain donor records, run reports, and support campaigns and events in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in fundraising or development operations, experience with Neon CRM or similar databases, and strong communication and project-management

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of fundraising, nonprofit development, or related experience.
• Experience with donor CRM systems; Neon CRM is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional donor materials.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising campaigns, appeals, and donor engagement activities.
• Prepare reports and data summaries to track portfolio activity and performance.
• Maintain donor records, gift processing, and stewardship documentation.
• Coordinate CRM audits and data-quality reviews to ensure accurate information.
• Support event coordination, communications, and audience outreach.
