Job summary

Banner Health Foundation seeks a Development Coordinator to support Special Events, Annual Giving, and Communications teams. You will plan, coordinate, and execute key development activities and events while providing administrative and operational support to the fundraising team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in administrative, fundraising, sales, marketing or nonprofit coordination/management.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development activities with major gift officers and events.
• Prepare correspondence and reports and distribute department updates.
• Serve as a resource to inquiries and manage information flow with customers and donors.
• Manage leadership/calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Coordinate and implement marketing strategies for each event to reach attendance and financial goals.
• Interact with employees, physicians, patients, visitors, vendors and community leaders at events.
