Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Senior Development Coordinator to manage an assigned portfolio under Foundation leadership. You will prepare gift proposals, solicit and secure sponsorships, underwriting, in-kind, and cause-related gifts, while maintaining donor engagement and surface major gifts and prospects.

The role requires accurate donor records maintenance, metrics tracking, and potential representation at community events, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Degrees: High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Raiser's Edge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gift proposals, solicit and secure sponsorships, underwriting, in-kind, and cause-related gifts.
• Maintain engagement with designated donors and surface major gifts and prospects.
• Accurately track donor and events metrics and maintain donor records.
• Represent the Foundation at community events and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
