Job summary

Beacon Health System's Foundation is seeking a Project Specialist Communications to coordinate and deliver fundraising, donor engagement and brand initiatives. This role acts as the operational hub for Foundation communications projects, coordinating campaigns, impact reports, donor communications, events and digital programs from concept through completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of project management, communications, marketing, fundraising, nonprofit or related experience.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Foundation communications projects from assignment through implementation.
Maintain project plans, timelines, task lists and production schedules.
Coordinate project meetings, status updates, approvals and stakeholder communications.
Maintain communications planning tools, dashboards and project-tracking systems.
Develop donor communications, emails, newsletters and reports.
Work with external printers, vendors and freelancers to complete projects.
Track version control and production milestones.
