Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify AHJs and manage entitlement and permitting submissions.
• Track progress and ensure regulatory compliance for permits.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and governmental agencies on project timelines.
