Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking an Associate Permit Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of project permitting. You will act as the central point for regulatory inquiries and ensure compliance across local, state, and federal jurisdictions for engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary permit contact for inquiries and regulatory coordination.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure permit compliance.
• Maintain accurate permit records and respond to client inquiries.
• Assist in policy development related to permitting.
