Job summary

Qualifications

  • Three+ years of experience in development or fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit administration.
  • Experience with donor databases is preferred but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record donations, pledges, event registrations, and constituent information in the donor database.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare donor acknowledgments in a timely manner; generate reports and fundraising analytics.
  • Assist with monthly gift reconciliation and annual audit support.
  • Research prospective donors and corporate partners; help coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Support fundraising campaigns and stewardship activities; maintain filing systems and provide admin support.

Here, you don't just work—you belong.Position SummaryWe're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support our fundraising and philanthropy efforts.
