Pfizer seeks a Developer Surfaces Lead to own the architecture and delivery of Spark Pro's desktop, web, and MCP experiences. You will influence across senior engineers, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and align with privacy and security standards.

You will collaborate with Enterprise and Business Architects, Vendors, and Product Owners to translate strategy into solid, executable plans. Hybrid work location with global impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in frontend, desktop, or developer tooling engineering with increasing responsibility.
• Experience building developer-facing tools across multiple surfaces (Electron, Vue).
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and ability to influence across distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and privacy-by-design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical direction for desktop, web, and MCP developer surfaces across Pfizer Spark Pro.
• Influence through engineers to reconcile approaches into a single coherent direction.
• Ensure secure code hygiene and compliant SaaS configurations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Architects, Vendors and Developers.
• Mentor engineers and support diversity and inclusion objectives.
• Oversee incident response and drive post-mortem improvements.
