Pfizer Belgium is seeking a Senior Developer Surfaces Lead to drive the technical direction and delivery of Spark Pro's developer surfaces—desktop, web, and MCP. You will influence across surface owners, ensuring coherent architecture and high-quality experiences.

You’ll champion secure-by-design practices, collaborate with architects and product owners, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, robust solutions for Pfizer’s internal platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in frontend, desktop, or developer tooling engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Electron and Vue.
• Proven ability to operate in a DevOps environment.
• Strong English communication in a matrix, distributed team.
• Experience shipping developer-facing tools across multiple surfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and influence engineers across desktop, web, and MCP surfaces.
• Ensure secure code hygiene and privacy-by-design.
• Translate business goals into technical plans; manage risk and estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster DX improvements.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Vendors, and Product Owners.
