Pfizer seeks a Developer Surfaces Lead to own the technical direction and delivery of Spark Pro's developer surfaces — desktop, web, and MCP. You will influence across surface owners, ensuring secure, scalable experiences from inception to completion, with hands-on credibility in Electron and Vue.

You'll lead collaboration with Enterprise Architects, Vendors and Product Owners, mentor engineers, and promote DevOps and privacy-by-design principles to deliver high-quality developer experiences and

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years' experience in frontend, desktop, or developer tooling engineering.
Professional certifications in engineering leadership are a plus.
Experience operating in a DevOps environment and delivering complex enterprise software.
Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical direction and architecture for developer surfaces (desktop, web, MCP).
Influence across surface teams to reconcile approaches into one coherent direction.
Ensure secure code hygiene and privacy-first capabilities in delivery.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Vendors, and Designers to translate ideas into delivery.
Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and drive DX improvements.
