You will influence across experienced engineers, reconciling approaches into a coherent strategy while ensuring high‑quality experiences from inception to delivery.

You will champion security/privacy‑first capabilities, collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Vendors, and drive excellence in design, DevOps, and privacy across the platform.

Qualifications

• Lead and influence multiple surfaces (desktop, web, MCP) to unified direction.
• Experience with Electron and Vue desktop codebase is required.
• Strong security/privacy by design mindset and code hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more engineering teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with program OKRs.
• Collaborate with program leads, Digital Lead, and Product Owners to align decisions with strategy.
• Document work and promote secure coding practices across surfaces.
