Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of frontend, desktop, or developer tooling engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more teams of engineers to deliver and implement technical solutions.
• Represent engineering in program and stakeholder meetings and align decisions with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with security teams to monitor vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Document work and drive delivery of secure, scalable developer surfaces across Mac, Windows, web, and MCP.
