Job summary

Associa is seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager, Developer Services in Raleigh to lead our developer portfolio at the intersection of community association management and residential development. You will manage relationships with homebuilders and developers from early development through homeowner transition, balancing business objectives with governing documents and fiduciary responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in community association management, residential development, homebuilding, or real estate development.
  • Experience with developer-controlled associations and turnover is preferred.
  • NC CMA experience and related designations are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship manager for developers and homebuilders in Raleigh.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, builders, land development teams, attorneys, and engineers.
  • Understand construction schedules, sales pace, phasing, amenities, and turnover timelines.
  • Lead developer and homeowner meetings, review financials, and communicate operational needs.
  • Coordinate with counsel, insurance, accountants, and engineers as needed.
  • Oversee documentation and records for transitioned communities and ongoing operations.
