ID.me is seeking a Developer Marketing Manager to own how developers discover, learn, and integrate with our identity platform. You’ll lead content for developers.id.me and docs.id.me, partnering with Product, Engineering, and DevRel to empower integrators.

You’ll shift from a services model to a platform model, delivering self-service capabilities and developer-facing content that scales with product launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in developer marketing, technical product marketing, or developer relations.
• Technical writing skills and ability to translate PRDs into developer content.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern stack (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go) and comfortable with code samples and Git.
• Experience owning or contributing to a developer portal, docs site, or content program.
• Comfort with developer-funnel metrics: portal traffic, sandbox activation, time-to-first-API-call.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing for developers.id.me and the docs site — IA, roadmap, content builds, and ongoing maintenance with Product and Engineering.
• Write and ship technical content: quickstarts, integration guides, API references, sample apps, and code snippets for modular APIs.
• Keep docs, samples, and notes in lockstep with product releases including new self-service capabilities.
• Develop tutorials, video walkthroughs, sandbox demos, and reference architectures for identity workflows.
• Measure and optimise funnel metrics and partner with teams to drive developer engagement and growth.
