This role focuses on increasing developer sign-ups, adoption, engagement, and retention while serving as a bridge between developers, Product, Engineering, and internal marketing teams.

Qualifications

6 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or developer marketing.
Experience working with developer audiences, ecosystems, or open-source communities.
Strong project and program management with ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute developer marketing and community engagement initiatives to attract, onboard, engage, and retain developers.
Support programs that increase developer sign-ups, product adoption, and ecosystem engagement.
Own projects from planning through execution with milestones and risk management.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and developer-facing teams.
Translate developer feedback into actionable marketing and community programs.
