Job summary

FullStory is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, Developer GTM, to make FullStory the default tool for developers. You will own outbound technical voice, craft messaging, and drive PLG onboarding with cross-functional teams.

This hybrid Atlanta role reports to the VP of Product Marketing and includes a base salary with a discretionary bonus tied to performance targets. You will influence developer docs, SDK guides, and sample repos, while collaborating with Product,

Qualifications

• Proven track record marketing to developers or technical audiences, with public content or repos.
• AI-native workflow mastery, using AI coding tools and LLMs.
• Fluent code literacy (read/write JS/TS) and API interaction.
• Demonstrated success driving PLG conversion loops and onboarding metrics.
• Portfolio of technical storytelling showing observability/telemetry concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-native GTM workflows to accelerate code samples, docs, and content.
• Architect developer messaging, translating telemetry into developer docs and guides.
• Serve as the primary outbound technical voice across developer channels and events.
• Design and execute PLG growth experiments to optimize onboarding and activation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and DevRel to analyze data and automate activation.
• Champion AI productivity across marketing with press-friendly prompts and GTM automation.
