Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a UGSM to drive adoption in URO and GYN. The role leads a high-performing specialty sales team, collaborates with cross-functional partners, and expands surgeon utilization across markets.

Candidates must relocate or reside near target markets; strong sales leadership, OR expertise, and healthcare relationships are essential. This remote role offers strategic impact and career growth.

Competenze

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room Environment.
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process.
• Experience directing a medical device sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard software tools.
• Training requirements include ISI field sales management training, interviewing skills, remote field management, sales process, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for URO and GYN to exceed performance goals.
• Expand the user base by cultivating a training pipeline of new surgeons.
• Collaborate with overlapping CSMs on market strategies and account plans.
• Support product education, clinical adoption, and procedural growth in URO and GYN.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders, OR staff, procurement, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing specialty sales team.
