Job summary

Artech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Detroit market. This role focuses on staffing sales, opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

It requires familiarity with staffing and IT/Engineering placements, plus a competitive, relationship-driven approach to sales. The position offers base salary with an uncapped commission structure and opportunities to work with enterprise clients within

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in staffing sales within a high-paced environment.
Proven customer-facing strengths—sales experience is a significant plus.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media for networking and lead generation.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort creating tracking spreadsheets.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong presentation, networking, verbal, and written communication skills.
A high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
