Job summary

Caesarstone is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on North Texas and Oklahoma, primarily Dallas/Fort Worth. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with architects, designers, fabricators, and distributors in the premium countertop market.

You will travel up to 75% with a company car, develop strategic account plans, and close deals through skilled negotiation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Strong negotiation of contracts, pricing and terms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the intermediary between Caesarstone and stone fabricators, architects, designers, retailers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
• Drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships with key customers.
• Develop account plans, manage existing accounts, and identify new business prospects.
• Represent Caesarstone and communicate product value to clients.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular status updates to the Sales Manager.
